We recently had the pleasure of working with John and Clean Build Restoration on the bathroom remodel and could not be happier with the results. As a first-time homeowner every home project feels overwhelming, but John was always patient, communicated clearly, and advocated for us throughout the renovation. He and his team were respectful of our home and ourselves.
All the people brought onto the project were friendly, tidy, incredibly skilled and the type of people we were comfortable having in our home. John made sure that each element of the project was not just complete but done to a standard that he would accept in his own home.
Our bathroom turned out better than we imagined. We hope to work with John and Clean Build Restoration again on future projects and have already recommended him to friends and family.

Clean Build was great to work with during a difficult time. They were patient and explained each step along the way. Even when there were delays in the insurance, they kept me informed and pushed me to get the claim through.
Once work began, they were on time and courteous of our time and surroundings. They worked quickly and checked in with us along the way to ensure we were happy with the end result. I would never recommend someone have a flooded basement, but if you do, using Clean Build to get back to normal is highly recommended.

I recently had an unfortunate experience of having to deal with a pipe burst… which quickly escalated into a mold issue. From the moment I contacted them, their team was responsive and empathetic to my situation. They understood the urgency of the matter and promptly came over to assess the damage.
The crew that came in to do the water damage cleanup and mold removal were efficient and thorough. They ensure that all the water was extracted and the area was completely dried. The attention to detail in their mold removal process was impressive, and they made sure to spray/scrub every nook and cranny as well as air test afterwards to ensure that my home was safe and mold-free.
What stood out to me the most was the excellent communication throughout the entire process. They kept me informed at every step, answering all my questions and addressing any concerns I had. They took the stress out of the health safety situation.
Overall, my experience with Clean Build Restoration was outstanding. Their professionalism, expertise, and compassionate approach made a difficult situation much more manageable. I highly recommend their services to anyone facing water damage or mold issues in their home.

The team at Clean Build was amazing. Most importantly everyone I dealt with were good people. Easy to work with from start to finish. They showed up quickly when my sump pump failed to start the demo and drying process.
The rebuild team led by John Wolf was very flexible and helped me work with a difficult insurance situation to get to the right outcome. Work was done well and quickly. Don’t hesitate to call them!

Kink in my PEX pipe which caused my basement to flood and basically ruined everything. Yet, Kyle and Kameron from Clean Build totally fixed it. Literally made the whole process easy. Everything got fixed faster than I hoped.
Service was straightforward, no hidden stuff. Unbelievably, they kept me in the loop all the time. Costs were fair, and they stuck to their quote. Kept everything clean and were super professional. So yeah, hopefully I never need them again, but I know where to find them if I do.

So pipes burst, lower floor flooded. After having two other companies come and look at our situation and give us quotes, we had Clean Build Come in and finally got an honest quote on the work that needed to be done, a difference of thousands of dollars.
The work was done quickly and professionally. I highly recommend Clean Build Restoration and if I ever need (hopefully not) a water restoration company I will be calling CBR. Thanks guys!
